Know your true cost. Protect your margin.

Bakelytics connects ingredient prices, real production yield and packaging costs so small food makers can price every pack with confidence.

The gap

Your recipe is not the full cost.

Ingredient prices move between supplier purchases. Energy and labour still belong to the batch. Yield loss changes how much there is to sell, and every bag, box and label adds to the final pack cost.

Bakelytics will keep those inputs connected so a recipe never stands in for the whole cost.

The chain

One connected picture, from supplier to selling price.

Each step carries real information forward, so the margin report can trace back to what was bought, used, made and packed.

Production capture connecting baking and packaged goods

Who it is for

Built for the people doing the baking.

Bakelytics is being designed for an owner-operator who moves between a desk and a working kitchen. Planning and costing will live on the web; production capture will be phone-first, with readable steps, weights and timers close to the work.

Safe offline capture is planned for unreliable connectivity, while final stock-changing actions will wait for a connection. The first version will use ZAR and metric units throughout.
