Delivery Policy

No physical goods are sold or shipped. The only thing supplied is access to the Bakelytics web application at bakelytics.rasworx.com, for the subscription period you have paid for.

Access is to the full application. There are no feature tiers held back behind a higher plan and no separate modules to buy.

• You create an account with your email address and set a password.
• You subscribe and pay through our payment provider.
• On successful payment, your account is activated automatically and you can sign in and use the service immediately.
• A confirmation email is sent to the address on your account, together with the payment provider’s own receipt.

Delivery is immediate. Activation normally completes within a few minutes of a successful payment.

If a payment needs manual confirmation by the payment provider or by a bank, activation follows as soon as that confirmation reaches us, and in any event within 24 hours of the payment clearing. If more than 24 hours have passed and you still cannot sign in, contact us on bakelytics@rasworx.com and we will either restore access or refund the payment in full.

There are no delivery, shipping, handling or courier charges, because nothing is physically delivered. The subscription fee is the only amount charged.

Bakelytics is built for South African food businesses and works in South African Rand and metric units throughout. The application itself is reachable from anywhere with an internet connection, so there are no delivery areas, no excluded regions and no regional surcharges.

• A device with an internet connection — a computer, tablet or smartphone.
• A current version of a mainstream browser: Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox.
• The email address and password you registered with.
• The pages used next to the oven can be installed to a phone’s home screen from the browser, at no extra cost. This is optional; nothing has to be downloaded from an app store.

Providing that connection and that device is your responsibility, and their cost is not included in the subscription.

Access continues for as long as the subscription is paid up. It ends at the close of the period you have paid for if you cancel, and may be suspended while a payment is outstanding. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

If you have paid and cannot get access, write to bakelytics@rasworx.com or call +27 61 324 1058. We acknowledge within 2 business days. If we cannot give you the access you paid for, you get a full refund — this is one of the cases the refund policy covers unconditionally.
